Moisture in the form of droplet, liquid or vapor in vapor recovery systems can damage equipment and create expensive maintenance costs for activated carbon scrubbers.  The liquid forms can be removed by use of knockout tanks and demister pads.  The vapors that are left can be effectively reduced to an acceptable condition by  Pacific Pneumatics' Refrigerated Moisture Removal Equipment.
    By combining aerospace heat exchange design, industrial sturdiness and the latest in refrigerative technology we are able to produce a moisture removal unit that is compact in size, super efficient and cost competitive.  Specify this unit for new systems or for retrofits to reduce one of the major costs in soil remediation (carbon penetration or replacement).  Standard sizes are available to match many vapor extraction systems.

SUBSTANTIAL MOISTURE REMOVED

    The amount of liquid removed can be substantial.  For example, the Pacific Pneumatics Moisture Removal System will condense and remove approximately 25 gallons of liquid per day per 100 scfm of a gas stream that is at 70 degrees F at 100% relative humitdity.
